What is OccuHealthSoft?

OccuHealthSoft is a complete management platform for occupational health clinics. It streamlines scheduling, documentation, lab workflows, TPA coordination, billing reports, patient intake, and communication — all in one place.

Who is it for?

It is designed for single clinics, multi-location providers, mobile/on-site testing teams, TPAs, and employers who need fast, compliant, audit-ready workflows.

Clinic Operations

How many clinicians and rooms can each clinic have?

Each clinic includes support for up to 8 clinicians and 5 rooms on the standard plan. Enterprise clients may add as many as they need.

Can TPAs and employers book appointments?

Yes. Your contracted TPAs can manage their own bookings through a secure portal, which reduces phone calls and administrative work.

Is the system tablet-friendly?

100%. The interface is optimized for iPads and Android tablets. Many clinics use tablets for patient intake and clinician workflows every day.

Pricing & Billing

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the number of clinics. Each clinic is billed at $250 per month, and each includes 8 clinicians, 5 rooms, and 1 TB of secure storage. Setup fees depend on the number of clinics being onboarded.

Do you charge per user or administrator?

No — pricing is per clinic, not per user. You can have unlimited staff, employers, and TPAs within your clinic’s environment.

Do you offer discounts for large clinic networks?

Yes. Enterprise pricing is available for 6+ clinics and offers customized onboarding, workflows, and support options.

Support & Training

What type of support do we receive?

Support depends on your plan: • Starter: Unlimited training for two weeks + monthly 1-on-1 sessions • Professional: One full month of unlimited sessions • Enterprise: Dedicated rep (Mon–Fri, 9–5) + optional booking agent service

Do you provide training materials?

Yes. You get full access to guides, training modules, our On-Demand Video Library, and regularly scheduled live webinars.

Technical

Is OccuHealthSoft cloud-based?

Yes. Your organization is hosted on its own dedicated server instance with isolated data, branding, and configuration.

Do you support custom workflows?

Absolutely. Many clinics use non-standard workflows for certain services; we can tailor your instance to match your operational needs.

Data Security & Privacy

How is data stored and protected?

Each organization gets its own isolated environment with encrypted storage, encrypted backups, secure transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and audit-ready logging.

Is our data shared with other clinics?

No. Every clinic environment is fully isolated and has its own secure configuration, branding, and database.

Integrations

Which labs do you integrate with?

We currently integrate directly with Omega Laboratories. Additional lab integrations are available at no cost upon request.

Can we export data to other systems?

Yes — you can export clients, appointments, services, clinician logs, and reports in CSV, Excel, PDF, or custom formats for external systems.
