What is OccuHealthSoft?

OccuHealthSoft is a complete management platform for occupational health clinics. It helps teams schedule work, manage assessments, review daily activity, and keep multi-clinic operations visible from one place.

Who is it for?

It is designed for single clinics, multi-location providers, mobile and on-site testing teams, schedulers, clinicians, admins, TPAs, and employers who need fast, audit-friendly workflows.

Clinic Operations

How many clinicians and rooms can each clinic have?

Each clinic includes support for up to 8 clinicians and 5 rooms on the standard plan. Enterprise clients may add as many as they need.

Can TPAs and employers book appointments?

Yes. Teams can coordinate more complex booking demand with guided slot selection, which reduces back-and-forth and makes the right appointment easier to place.

Can teams switch between daily, weekly, and monthly planning views?

Yes. Schedulers can move between detailed day planning, multi-day views, and broader weekly or monthly oversight without leaving the same calendar workflow.

How do multi-clinic teams stay on top of daily activity?

Multi-clinic reporting dashboards give managers one place to review appointment summaries, activity, and daily performance across locations.

Pricing and Billing

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the number of clinics. Each clinic is billed at $295 per month and includes 8 clinicians, 5 rooms, and 1 TB of secure storage. Setup fees depend on the number of clinics being onboarded.

Do you charge per user or administrator?

No. Pricing is per clinic rather than per user. Standard plans include up to 8 clinicians per clinic, and Enterprise plans can expand further.

Do you offer discounts for large clinic networks?

Yes. Enterprise pricing is available for 6 or more clinics and offers customized onboarding, workflows, and support options.

Support and Training

What type of support do we receive?

Support depends on your plan: Starter includes unlimited training for two weeks plus monthly one-on-one sessions; Professional includes one full month of unlimited sessions; Enterprise includes a dedicated representative and optional booking agent service.

Do you provide training materials?

Yes. You get full access to guides, training modules, the on-demand video library, and regularly scheduled live webinars.

Technical

Is OccuHealthSoft cloud-based?

Yes. Your organization is hosted on its own dedicated server instance with isolated data, branding, and configuration.

Do you support custom workflows?

Absolutely. Many clinics use non-standard workflows for certain services, and we can tailor your instance to match your operational needs.

Can the platform support assessment-heavy workflows?

Yes. Assessment views surface status, instructions, and key actions more clearly, which helps teams review and complete work with less context switching.

Data Security and Privacy

How is data stored and protected?

Each organization gets its own isolated environment with encrypted storage, encrypted backups, secure transmission over HTTPS/TLS, and audit-ready logging.

Is our data shared with other clinics?

No. Every clinic environment is fully isolated and has its own secure configuration, branding, and database.

Does the system enforce account security policies?

Yes. OccuHealthSoft can enforce regular password changes, automatically log users out after a period of inactivity, and supports two-factor authentication for stronger account protection.

Integrations

Which labs do you integrate with?

We currently integrate directly with Omega Laboratories. Additional lab integrations are available at no cost upon request.

Can we export data to other systems?

Yes. You can export clients, appointments, services, clinician logs, and reports in CSV, Excel, PDF, or custom formats for external systems.
