What’s included in the setup fee?

Server setup, clinic configuration, calendars, forms, clearance letters, domain setup, email and SMS services, data imports, and one-on-one onboarding during your first month.

Do I pay per user?

No. Each clinic includes up to 8 clinicians by default. Additional clinician support is available on Enterprise plans.

Do you offer discounts for larger networks?

Yes. Multi-site providers often qualify for custom pricing under the Enterprise plan.

Is there a contract?

Annual billing is standard, and discounts are available for multi-year agreements.
